制備方法：將1.50g（I-1）的核苷化合物加入圓底燒瓶中，將200mL四氫呋喃和2.47g（F）的活性磷酸酯在冰浴中冷卻至0℃ 在攪拌下緩慢加入10mL的叔丁基氯化鎂溶液（1.0M四氫呋喃溶液）。滴加完成后，將溫度升至40℃，并使反應進行2小時。反應后，將反應溶液在減壓下濃縮，將濃縮物加入到200mL二氯甲烷中，并用50mL飽和氯化鈉溶液洗滌兩次。有機相用無水硫酸鈉干燥并在減壓下濃縮。通過硅膠柱色譜法使用乙酸乙酯/石油醚＝ 1/1的混合物作為洗脫劑分離濃縮的殘余物，獲得1.58g（I-6）的化合物，并且計算的產率為52％。
